These Terms of Service govern the use of 'TCamp' (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), a Telegram Mini App (TMA). It defines the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Service provider, Camp Administrators, and Users.

TCamp is a private community platform that operates in synchronization with Telegram chats (1:1, Groups, Channels). TCamp provides tools for long-term data archiving and premium entry systems. All management authority for a community (hereinafter "Camp") belongs to the owner of the respective Telegram chat (hereinafter "Admin").

1. Currency: All service fees and entry fees are processed using 'Telegram Stars'.
2. Platform Fees: When an Admin sets an entry fee for a Camp, a Platform Service Fee will be deducted from the total payment. The specific fee rate is determined by the User's current subscription plan and is disclosed within the Service.
3. Settlement Principle: Due to the nature of Telegram Stars (integer-based), all fractional amounts in fee calculations are rounded down (Floor). The minimum platform fee is 1 Star.
4. Refund Policy: Given the nature of digital goods and immediate service activation, all payments (subscriptions and entry fees) are final and non-refundable.

1. Data Visibility: Users on the Free Plan may have access to a limited number of recent posts as determined by the Service's current operating policy. Data exceeding this limit will be securely archived and hidden until the Camp is upgraded to a premium plan. Specific visibility limits are disclosed on the service pricing page.
2. Deletion Grace Period: If an Admin deletes a Camp, the data is not immediately destroyed but is held for a 7-day grace period. After this period, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
3. Operational Responsibility: The Admin is solely responsible for content management, member moderation, and access control. TCamp acts only as a platform provider and does not intervene in disputes within individual Camps.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

1. Creating or using system-reserved tags (tags starting with an underscore _) to bypass system logic.
2. Attempting to circumvent the fee structure or destabilize the platform's technical infrastructure.

TCamp follows a "privacy-first" principle, collecting only the minimum data required for service operation:

• Collected Data: Unique Telegram User ID, Chat ID, Telegram Nickname, and Profile Picture URL.
• Method: Automated collection via the Telegram Mini App API.

Collected information is used exclusively for:

1. User identification and verification of Camp permissions (Admin/Member).
2. Processing entry fee transactions and settlements.
3. Technical support and bug fixes.

1. User data is retained only for the duration of service use.
2. Upon service withdrawal or Camp deletion, all associated personal and activity data is permanently purged following the 7-day grace period.

TCamp does not share or sell user data to third parties for marketing purposes. Transactional data is processed only through Telegram's official payment systems (e.g., Fragment). We respect the anonymity and privacy inherent to the Telegram ecosystem.
